Explore extracted anchor reviews, identified reference books, mapped claims and known gaps—without treating found as reviewed.
This Atlas separates a 1,983-record project-local candidate index from a 112-node scoped evidence map. Neither is a completed systematic review, and date membership is not comprehensive search coverage.
No raw athlete data are included. This atlas does not establish that SportPlan is superior, effective or safe.
The research base is public, and so are its limits.

329 review-layer records were machine-classified as meta-analyses. Across all 858 review-layer records, 282 were machine-extracted as reporting at least one pooled numeric estimate; 268 met both labels.
SportPlan has performed no new pooled meta-analysis.
1827 records are dated inside 14 August 2006–14 August 2026 using PubMed journal/issue dates where needed; 155 are earlier and 1 year-only record remains unresolved. Screening and extraction were machine-assisted and project-local, not a completed systematic review. The 699 full-text extraction documents represent 698 unique publications; 697 link to this index.
