CoachUpFit is an autonomous adaptive training platform that provides training plan management and performance insights. Automated training guidance is educational and does not replace medical advice.

These Terms govern your use of CoachUpFit. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You can create an account without an invitation, and the Free tier requires no payment card. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The Free tier is free forever. CoachUpFit offers one optional Race tier at €20/month. Race adds real sport events and event-aware race planning to your season plan. Race renews monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use CoachUpFit in a way that harms other users, systems, or business operations.
5. Limitation of liability
CoachUpFit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
