These Terms govern your use of CoachUpFit. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and access
Access is invitation-based. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use CoachUpFit in a way that harms other users, systems, or business operations.
5. Limitation of liability
CoachUpFit is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
