How does autonomous endurance coaching work at CoachUpFit?
CoachUpFit is an autonomous endurance-training platform. Its adaptation engine builds your plan from your sport, goals, availability, and current fitness, then adapts it day by day as readiness, wellness, injuries, completed sessions, and race context change. No human review or approval is required.
Do I need a Garmin device or Strava account?
Garmin or Strava is not required to receive a plan; you can log training and wellness manually. Connecting either service gives the engine real session, heart-rate, pace or power, and recovery data. Strava is enough to start, while compatible Garmin devices add deeper signals such as HRV and Body Battery.
How often is my training plan updated?
The engine evaluates your plan day by day and rebuilds the weekly structure from the latest available data. Readiness, wellness, injury, load, and performance signals can change an upcoming session without waiting for a weekly human review.
What happens if I miss a session or my schedule changes unexpectedly?
Log what happened and CoachUpFit recalculates what remains. The engine can reduce, move, or redistribute upcoming load using the available days and your current recovery state, so the plan does not depend on a person noticing the missed session.
Do I need to wait for a human coach?
No. Plan generation, daily adaptation, and Why Today explanations run automatically. You can still use session feedback and platform messaging for context or support, but your next training decision never waits for a human reply.
